Drivers are generally friendly but the phone is literally almost always off the hook because they don't have enough drivers and instead of just telling people theyll have a wait, they take the phone off the hook. Extremely poor business plan on the owners part, and very poor customer service.
Only can company in town. Can't believe nobody here drives with Uber or Lyft. Good people just never know how long or when they will show up.
Their male drivers all look like they've never taken a bath. Some of their drivers got their licenses from Craker Jack boxes. They constantly leave their phone of the hook. And it has taken me over an hour to get a ride.
I had a 4:45 pick up because I had to be at work by 5 but it's 5:07 and still no one has come to pick me up and no one is answering the phones
The best cab company in town!! Cab drivers are really nice, cars are clean.
