We changed pharmacies a little over a year ago because of poor service at the pharmacy across the street. The first few months the service was great but then it started to change. We received multiple text our prescriptions were ready only to go to the store and find out it was back ordered or they were out but would have more in the next day. If we go outside to pick up our prescription the wait with one to two vehicles is generally 15-20 minutes. The employees at the window are no longer polite. We have been told our prescriptions would be ready in 20 minutes and when we came back in 20 minutes we had to wait at least another 20 minutes. We sometimes get text when our prescriptions are ready and at other times do not. I wish I could say these services were infrequent but they are getting to be common.
