CVS Pharmacy

Shame on me for giving CVS in Rockport a second chance; however, now that we did, I know nothing has changed. Employees at this CVS either are unhappy with their job or whoever is hiring them, is not doing a real good job at vetting their employees. My family and I went in for our flu shots and the service we received by Garcie was not friendly at all and she was very rude. No customer service skills at all and lacked patience. She did not like the fact that I was asking questions to better understand what she was talking about, as she did a horrible job of explaining. In my experiences with CVS, they don’t care about creating a good experience for their customers, so they don’t preach customer service, cause they know their clientele will be back, cause we need out prescriptions. Hello??? There are other companies (WALGREENS, COSTCO, WALMART etc...) that we can and will take our business to, if you don’t change and train your employees to have better customer service skills. This should not be the norm for CVS, but is, and you should be trying to improve your customers experiences and brand; not accepting this as your norm. But hey...what do I know....I’m only one customer and one family that obviously has encountered this type of experience and no one else has....”isolated incident”. KEEP THINKING THAT CVS...and don’t worry about trying to improve your image/brand or level of service and you too will see that your customers will start showing you their loyalty real quick, by going to your competitors who believe in taking better care of their customers and training their employees to have better social skills and treat customers with respect....it’s called “CUSTOMER SERVICE”!

The staff here are wonderful and and always friendly

For years I was a customer at Jerry's pharmacy. When the business was sold to CVS, I was leary because CVS is corporate America. Was I ever wrong! The pharmacy techs are the same ones that worked for Jerry and the pharmacists are great. I love the wonderful personal care that I receive as do so many of the other customers. These people always go above and beyond to make certain that all of my pharmaceutical needs are met. A big thank you to all of the Rockport CVS staff for taking such good care of me.

I've been calling this store since last Thursday to ask a simple question, and they NEVER answer the phone. I call during store hours and make sure I don't call during lunch hour, and still they NEVER answer the phone.
