I nor my family will never be back to Fast Pace again! They advertise as an Urgent Care, but charged us as a free standing hospital. In the long run, we had tp pay a $500 to treat pink eye. But the funny thing is they misdiagnosed my husband. Wasn't pink eye, he has metal in his eye. On top of that I had a payment arrangement and after paying 3 payments, these jokers turn us over to collections. Sorry company with terrible business practices. Never again! And I am spreading the word to everyone I know. Very upset!!!

I go to Fast Pace whenever my regular doctor cannot get me into a quick appointment. Usually they are decent here. But last time I went they diagnosed me wrong and tried to give me a steroid prescription which I explained multiple times to them I cannot take because of my heart problems. I ended up going to the hospital and they said they dont understand how the fast pace Nurse diagnosed me wrong, as it was so obvious what I had. I've went other times and they are usually okay as long as you basically know what you have before you go in. If they have to diagnose it they may get it wrong and give you the wrong meds. I would recommend going here if you already know what is wrong with you and need to make sure.

Worst worst worst. In fact I don’t have words to describe this place specially the person/ receptionist sitting right in front of door. We don’t feel welcomed she seems to be the one not loving her job I guess. Overly mean & rude not at all helpful. We are totally disappointed with that. But I must say doctors are very nice. But it takes hours of waiting to see them finally. I request fast pace to kindly give some training to receptionist else it’s a big no.
