Tremendous flying sites and community. Come take a tandem or earn your P2 and fly your own wing!! Paragliding is amazing. Paragliding is one of the best ways to experience the “magic valley” I’ve found! If you’re dream is to experience free flight through paragliding, flying.camp is a great place to learn and grow in the community of paragliding. If you just want experience paragliding for the day, come take a tandem and bring your friends and family!nnThe tandem pilots will give you a great flight. If you goal is to become a pilot, the instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and will teach you the skills to achieve your goal of free flight.nnI’m a new pilot in the area and have felt very welcome joining these pilots at the flying.camp sites. While I did not earn my P2 through this company, I have been on launch and flown with many of their students and instructors. You will get a great education from flying.camp instructors that focus on your safety and skill progression. I’ve also never seen a tandem rider land without a massive smile that only paragliding can put on one’s face :)

After hearing some glowing recommendations, I chose to take the P2 paragliding course from Flying Camp. I was truly impressed by the quality of instruction and high bar of excellence they set here. I came out of my course not only having fulfilled the minimum requirements for my certification, but prepared above and beyond to enjoy my time exploring the sky.nnAs part of the course, I took several tandem flights with Flying Camp instructors. Tandems are an awesome way to sample the sport without any prior experience, and the Flying Camp pilots keep safety as a top priority. If you’re curious about what it feels like to fly, a tandem flight is a great way to check out beautiful Sequatchie Valley from a bird’s eye view.

A neat place to bring the family if you want to see people throwing themselves off cliffs for pleasure. But seriously, the views are breathtaking and the vantage points are second to none in the area. Please drop a couple bucks in the donation box as this area is free to visit and technically private so there isn't outside help to keep this place maintained (bathrooms, pavilion, road, etc.).

A premier paragliding site on the east coast. Take a tandem ride or learn to fly in and over the “Magic Valley” with its unique geographical features providing opportunities to fly in most weather. Learn from the best passionate and experienced instructors. This is a really special place.
