The room was extremely clean, the front desk clerk Savannah was very professional and friendly to deal with unlike a lot of hotel staff in the area. We have 0 problems with our stay here as per usual, and will be back every time we are in town. Give Savannah a great review because she deserves it, and works very hard to make sure every guest need is accommodated.nnEdit: someone had used my name in an earlier review that was extremely nasty. I just want to clarify this isn’t me, and I’ve never had any problem with sleep inn on merchants.
No complaints here! Couldn’t ask for much more at a 67 dollar price tag. Linens and room was clean. Good place to lay your head for the night. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Knoxville.
If there was a way I could give this place no stars I would. I walked in the room and never even closed the door behind me, the room smelled of urine covered by some sort of deodorant spray. There was literally poop on the bathroom wall. The pillow cases were a yellowish white, and there was stains all over the beds. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place at all cost. I left and went to the Comfort Inn next door. The difference was unbelievable.
My stay was very clean & comfortable. I would go back and stay here great customer service.
This hotel is worth the price! The staff are extremely helpful an nice, Savannah and kyle are as helpful as they can possibly be, ive stayed here for a few days & i am extremely impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
