Caitlin Neely is an outstanding therapist! She worked miracles for me. I’ve already recommended her (and Drayer) to friends who have or who will soon undergo orthopaedic surgery.

After numerous surgeries on my hips and knee, I have been an on-again-off-again patient at Drayer about 4 years. In those 4 years, I have never had a negative experience. Caitlin, Cheryl, Jessica, Justin, and Sarah have all earned my respect and recommendation. The amount of progress that I have made while working with the staff here is worth much more than words and a 5-Star review, as I am genuinely grateful for this team. I will continue to use Drayer, and will continue to recommend Drayer to those in need of a Physical Therapy Institute.

Overall, had a less than satisfactory experience. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I received minimal one on one time with my Physical Therapist, was provided an endless list of exercises to do on my own with no real treatment plan. I was so displeased at my last visit I literally got up and walked out the door. I would NOT recommend Drayer.

Drayers is absolutely the best at caring for their patients and seeing results. The entire staff is professional and gives one on one attention to each patient. They go above and beyond to be sure you get the results you need. After four surgeries I am still seeing them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The quality of care that is shown is top notch! I have been seen by other PT's and PTA's at other clinics. In my opinion, Sara and Jessica are both some of the best! The clinic is very friendly, professional and efficient. I would, and have, recommended Drayer to others!
