I'm in a rural area. When I moved here 4 yrs ago, I went with WM because the previous owners had used them. WM would come down my very long driveway to pickup my trash. Then, out of the blue, they stopped picking up because my trash wasn't by the road. Huh? Suddenly, without notice, it was against their policy to come down my driveway, after 4 yrs!?!? The gentleman who serviced us was fantastic though! Sad way to lose a long time customer.
It's very big. The people running it are very professional.
I’ve had at least two occasions where trash was put out the day before and it wasn’t picked up. When I call there is a note on the account saying they came by and the trash was not out. It’s in the same place every time and we always put it out the day before. The last time they did this THREE times before it finally got picked up and by then it was almost the next week’s pick up time. Whoever is making the notes is flat out lying about coming out.
Website is misleading. There was no one at the location on Saturday at 9 am. Waste of time, look elsewhere.
