Gibby's Dining and Drinks

Grabbed the bacon cheeseburger and loaded baked potato to-go & it was excellent. Burger (AND BACON) were cooked perfectly. All of the ingredients were fresh and the burger bun was good quality (tasted bakery fresh). The loaded baked potato was perfectly salted & rounded out this nice American fare perfectly. Thoroughly enjoyed this meal and will have to bring my family in next time.

Great food..clean establishment...fast friendly service..1/2 price happy hour prices on food! It's a hidden gem inside Holiday Inn in Cedar Bluff! We would definitely return!

No frills hotel lobby bar / restaurant. The customers in here are usually visitors staying in the hotel or are on property for a conference. The menu is pretty Limited and the food quality is nothing to brag about. I ordered the filet which came out looking good but the cut of meat was tough. There's a Center Bar surrounded by dining tables and high tops. To the side, a dance floor where they host karaoke nights and other themed events.

Worst restaurant ever. Michele, Jeanette, and Daria are amazing servers and bartenders, but the way the management team treats them is unacceptable and i feel bad that they have to work there. They try to embarrass these ladies by saying use your head sweet heart, or yelling at them in front of guest, and ive heard su and Sadie yell at one of them from the dining room when the were in the back, both on seperate occasions. I came in on a Monday and normal cash out procedure, paid with my card. i come in the next day, Tuesday and Daria tells me i have to give her a card,cash or room number before i can get anything. so i tell her i was just in there the day prior and SU didnt take any of that information nor did she do it to any other guest and daria says they have been doing that for a month now, and i come in atleast 5 days a week and i have never had to do that. and what disturbed me the most is daria told me she got written up for not getting a customers card before and i just couldnt believe it. Management isnt following the rules their putting in place but are going to put their employees jobs on the line for following in managements foot steps. Me and many other regulars will not be coming to gibbys, i will not support a company that allows their management team to degrade and disrespect their employees and guest. not only do they talk badly about and to their employees they do it to guest, i have heard them bad mouthing guest behind their saloon door.this restaurant has literally went down hill ever since these 2 ladies stepped foot in that door. i pray that Mr. Gibson can get ahold of things before he looses his resturant due to lack of management and hospitality.

Staff was overwhelmed a bit from a birthday gathering at the tables, but they did their best to get caught up. Got served the wrong drink but they fixed it with a smile once caught up. So not gonna hate. Once served the correct drink it was made well. Would go again if given a reason to visit the hotel this establishment is in.
