AMC CLASSIC Windsor Square 7

The prices are great since this is an older theater showing older movies.nThey're planning a renovation, after which it will probably cost as much as any other place. The old theater doesn't bother me. It's not gross, just old.

My experience at AMC Classic Windsor Square 7 was very unpleasant being our 1st time there. The young lady with short hair at the front register was very rude. Was asked questions about show times since we purchased ticket early and she flat out ignored us. When returning prior to start time, we purchased drinks and snacks, we wasn't treated very well as paying customers. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or because we was a mixed couple, was the reason for such bad customer service.

Cheap prices, but both employee and manager had issue with refunding ticket and providing stub to correct movie. Said just go watch the one you want, no matter what ticket says. Made it seem like an imposition to provide the correct stubs for the right movie. This incorrectly skews the movie stats, and we collect our movie stubs. When I see a movie, I want the correct stuff. Paying more attention to your job goes a long way towards customer satisfaction!!
