Westside Jewelers, through a 22 second phone call, you lost a potential new customer and I didn’t even have to step one foot into your store. I’m researching resizing ring prices, other jewelers were more than happy to provide a price estimate or price range and I didn’t have to tell them anything about the ring. So you can imagine how taking a back I was when your employee wasn’t helpful and was extremely rude. If you want your small local business to succeed you should realize that it’s all about the first impression. Crossing you off my list, you don’t even deserve a one star. Don’t worry, I’ll be sharing this review on all my group pages, so others are not treated they way you treated me.

I brought in some old earrings that needed to be fixed up for pierced ears, and a couple of rings to be resized. Excellent work and very reasonable pricing. Will definitely return!

I popped in yesterday to drop off an earring for repair and he did it right on the spot and for an extremely reasonable price. Nice guy!

Actually I was looking for a watch repair store and found he is a jeweler and doesn't do repair work however he did refer me to a specialist. I really appreciate this assistance
