Heather was my agent for years, and when life changed and I moved on. She was always there when I needed her. Now that I’m calling on her again for assistance, she’s still available, attentive and helpful. I would recommend Heather to any and everyone looking for a great agent. This woman is a natural born liar . She told me I was good to on insurance, come to find out my duplex wasnt insured at all for months . When I called they told me it was because of my mistake. Luckily I've dealt with bad insurers before and kept detailed logs of her writing I was good to go.. she called back and apologized only after I called her higher ups and reported her .. she then tried to say that she doesnt email with anyone and my emails werent form her ?? Weird .. anyways be very careful with her and keep detailed logs of everything se sais and writes if you must use her

No call back -- we moved from out of state, and State Farm sent us an automatically generated notice that they had sent our information to this insurer. We thought we would hear from her, but did not, so called her office and left a message for her to call us (calls are sent to voice mail, not answered by a live voice). 12 days later, no call back. We obviously found another agent to take care of us, but are surprised to not even receive a return call -- or be contacted when State Farm sent them our information.
