Thomas gives expert advice and doesn't sell you anything you don't need. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that you can understand. Thomas and his staff are very friendly and efficient. All of my questions are answered and if someone don't know something off hand, they get back to me quickly with the information I need. This is the first insurance company that makes me feel like family.

I wish I can give them 0 stars. With these guys they are very tricky when it comes to purchased car insurance. When I want to buy car insurance with them they agent said that I have to purchase life insurance as well and forced me to get it enable to get a car insurance. For the 2nd time when I come back to their company they said if I want to purchase their car insurance I have to buy a rental insurance even though I told them I live in my parents house for free. It’s not like I never purchased my car insurance from a different company before or have sibling who is also a former insurance agents. My sibling who used to be an agent for the same company said you do not need to purchase a rental insurance to get a car insurance from them because my parents already have their home insurance somewhere else. Also just because these guys have a certain amount of life insurance that they need to be sold they tricked me into it. They also got a list of my house whole member regardless if they drive or not with the full name. Not that all of them who live in the same property as me I ride with me or I ride with them no way so ridiculous. not go buy your car insurance from this place. Sometimes in the future I will see if can report them to the main company director of their action.

Me and my husband have been customers since 2014. Not only Thomas and his staff helped us save money, they also offer outstanding customer service every time we call or visit. Recently we bought our newborn a life insurance policy. Insurance could be very confusing but we're glad that Thomas was there to explain everything, which made the process so much easier. Definitely recommend!

Thomas and his staff were incredibly professional and walked me through step by step on how to get setup with insurance. I'm glad I found this place years ago, because my last insurance (The Hartford) overcharged for half the coverage and their customer service was poor.nnI recommend anybody who is new to insurance or is looking to switch to consider giving this place a call.
