Absolutely awesome. My rates with Progressive felt pretty high on my car and so I called to shop around. I worked with Ruthie (who is freaking rad, definitely ask for her!) and she got me a quote with better coverages, still through progressive, for $700/6 mos. less than I was paying.nnIf that's not about as rad as working with an insurance agent gets, then I don't know what is. The whole process took no time at all. Absolutely freaking awesome!

They looked right at me but said nothing and never asked me what I would like. I was sitting at the bar with menu in hand. Menu was terrible and since zero service I left. Stay away!!!

While shopping around for commercial auto insurance, Don Swanson Insurance was recommended to me. The office staff was courteous and friendly. I ended up working with Tauna. She was prompt and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Also, she was easy to work with and gave me a good quote.
