It's been a year since Bathcrest refinished our tub and it's held up beautifully. We had an old 50s era stained tub with flowers molded into the bottom and these guys were able to make those disapear and refinish the tub in a bright white. We are super happy customers.
We had a crack in our bathtub & a small one in our shower as well. We had them repair & refinish the tub & shower. They looked good enough I'd say. There was overspray on the wall & some on the faucet that wont come off but we just lived with it, no big deal. We were told there was a 5 year warranty. 1 year later now & both cracks are back. When I originally called to tell them, josh answered & said they'd take care of it & confirmed it is under warranty. They will not return my calls now or email & have ignored me. We are without both our bathrooms showers & they were aware of that. I even offered to pay to fix the cracks if they would come out. I would not recommend them to anyone now. I'm a contractor myself & would never treat a customer this way.
Bathcrest came out to refinish my bathtub and tile surround. Our tech Josh did an amazing job! I was very specific in wanting a bright white finish. Josh delivered as promised! This was a great alternative for my older bathroom rather than ripping out all the tile and old tub to update! Highly recommended!
I would highly recommend Bathcrest of Seattle. They have refinished and made repairs to several of our units over the years. Their product and service is far superior based on my experiences.
They did a great job with my bathtub. They made the extra effort to make sure everything was perfect. Their special glaze seems superior to anything the other companies offer. It looks great and I am very pleased.
