Very pleasant I was in and out very quickly. Everyone was so polite and helpful.

Well organized. Following COVID protocol. Short line. The lady that helped me was very helpful. Positive start to my day!

4 stars, my visit was extremely fast and the employees were extra helpful,however, this was my second trip to this location because my first trip I was told I could be squeezed in if I didn't have an appt due to only needing an ID, yet when I arrivednI was told I had to have a cell phone to notify me (in my vehicle) that they were ready for me to come inside and receive their assistance or else someone else would take my place regardless that came later than I did, if they had a cell phone and could be notified before they could reach out to me. I didn't have a phone at the time, so I was u able to get an ID and had to wait to get a cell phone before returning, and also returned with an appointment to ensure I wouldn't be making additional trips back anymore.

I went in to have my car registered. A Caucasian woman at the front told me I had to bring the title. I had already brought the title a few months ago. The car was already in my name. On the Orangeburg County tax website the car is listed under my name. I informed her I had already went through this process. She insisted I go get the title. I went home and came back to the dmv with the title. I literally came back about 6 minutes later. When I arrived the second time there was a black woman to help me out. I started talking to the black woman about my problem. The Caucasian woman was standing far away behind my back toward the far door.But she was listening to our conversation. She started talking loudly towards me stating “ I just told you that......”She was loud enough for the entire dmv to hear her. I nicely turned around to remind her that I was talking to someone else now. I believe she was unprofessional for loudly interrupting my conversation that I was having with another dmv employee. She was talking loudly towards me putting everyone in my business. She was standing at the door and I was at the podium. The tactful thing to do would have been to come closer to me and use an inside voice. The better thing to do would be for her to mind her business as I now was talking to another dmv employee. You shouldn’t tell a customer anything out loud from across the room. Especially if you aren’t the one attending to that customer. Highly unprofessional. Would not recommend this location.

It was busy, but the staff did a good job of regulating the foot traffic.
