I had an intake done in November. Suffering from extreme Chronic PTSD, Anxiety and have been in and out of the hospital 15 times. They told me my appointment was December 11. Comes December 11, and I call and they responded with, no, your appointment is January 11, well, here we are on January 11, appointment was for 10:00 am with Keisha/ no call and it’s 15 after. Called the office and no one available to answer, had to leave them a message. No one returned my call. Called again at 11:10, Keisha doesn’t some how have my correct phone number? When they were the ones who called me for my two hour assessment?! I personally feel that if you can’t get my information correct and or call or document the correct phone number, I find you inadequate to take my mental health issues as a priority, let alone treat me. This is the MOST unprofessional experience I have had in my 30+ year mental health history. Do not recommend if you are having serious issues.

Very nice people and environment. Great quality of communication and excellent work from the employees who work at their hardest to help others do what needs to get done

I went to their St. Matthews location for 2 years. They changed my counselor and the new one (Linda Jackson) verbally and mentally abused me for 3 visits. I called the director and she was just as mean. I made a complaint to the main Columbia office but the abusive counselor is still working there. She almost drove me to suicide, after advances over 2 years, she completely put me back where I was before I came there, plus I've got PTSD and am afraid to go to a psychiatrist now.

i received very poor mannerismm, the past few months. I feel as individuals that are service at the center are stereotyped and stigmatized. i been treated there since 1999. I plan to take my experience further. i was told to be careful of Mr. Priestet that he could make ways for me not to attend the center i refused to say who told me
