Just started with this company about 2 weeks ago. So far, things are horrible. I have to call and ask when the nurse is coming to my house. This is not how a business should be operated. They send people to your house with no experience as well. I understand that everyone has to learn, but when it comes to wound care it’s better to have someone with experience.
