Hillcrest Dermatology Center

This was a disappointing experience at this office. While dealing with a rude front desk receptionist who treats patients as if we are an interruption of her work, the wait times at this office is deplorable (even having an appointment)nnGranted the doctor is warm, knowledgeable and friendly I cannot visit an office that does that respect my time or addresses bad reactions to prescribed meds within a timely manner.

DISAPPOINTED! I usually never leave a review but I personally would not recommend this place. I was a new patient so I came 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment so I could get paperwork done before my appointment time ( I had to clock out and leave work for this app so was trying to get in and out on time so I wouldn't be away from work for too long), yet I was not called back until a hour after my appointment time! I get you're going to have a wait at any doctor but People with appointments scheduled way after mine ( I could hear them say their app time so i knew it was after mine) were being called back before me! I felt I was purposely being pushed back which may not have been the case but sure was how they made me feel! Even being new there i still felt there was no reason for other people with much later apps to have went before me.. When I asked what was taking so long the first time the lady at the desk acted like she didn't hear me and proceeded to answer the office phone, so the second time I asked all they said was you should be called back any second, mine you this was after over a hour of waiting. I spent more time in the waiting area then I did with the doctor which was about 5 minutes or so and I was so frustrated by then I couldn't even focus on why I came to begin with . I would leave zero stars but it wont let me! I just felt that was not the experience a new patient should have! I didn't even get a sorry for such a long wait. I would rather drive to Columbia and find a different office to go to.

My mother and me have been going to Dr. Colle for years. He is a very kind doctor and likes to make you smile as much as possible but he's still serious about his profession. He takes time to ask you questions and gives you plenty of time to let you ask any questions and stays in the room with you until you are finished asking questions. The nurses and other staff are great as well and will help you with paperwork if needed. It's a great place to go.

I came here for Electrolysis treatment in my chin, the only treatment that kills unawanted hairs. And She is so sweet and has a good energy. She did a perfect job. ♡♡♡ I am very happy.
