Super unorganized. Very disappointing. The motto is “It starts in the parks.” This COULD be true, especially here in Orangeburg, but unfortunately the staff has absolutely no clue what they are doing. We like to support community activities for our children but will most likely sign up with a surrounding city going forward. It just is not worth the headache.
