My experience with Reeder has been great! Camille was especially wonderful throughout the whole application process and was incredibly helpful any time I needed assistance during my tenancy. Her communication is prompt and accommodating and very much appreciated! The online tenant portal system is also super convenient - My time with Reeder has been very pleasant :)

Reeder management is awesome! Great properties, easy to view and get more info on when searching. The application was very thorough and the team kept in great contact with us throughout the process. Camille was especially helpful and very friendly! She was always available promptly when I had questions and does a fantastic job with the tenants. The online system to pay rent and view our lease, etc is relatively user friendly, but occasionally glitches. Camille was understanding and helpful when this has occurred and we got everything figured out :)

The biggest disappointment was when I moved out of my apartment. First, Reeder Asset Management didn't follow Utah Law AND violated their own lease by not refunding the deposit within 30 days. Second, BEWARE-- you can clean your whole apartment head to toe and make it spotless, but they'll still hire a cleaning company to clean and charge you $85. I spent SO MUCH TIME cleaning and stressing to make sure the place was spotless for nothing. Should have just not cleaned. Third, PLEASE change the batteries in the smoke detectors, otherwise they'll charge you ANOTHER $80 to have Service Depot change them. Not $8, but $80. I wish I listened to the people telling me not to rent from Reeder Asset Management. Please heed my words and save yourself a lot of grief.

Upon information and belief, Reed is a joy to work with. Camille is a hard working professional that provides timely responses helping make any move in feel like a dream rather than a nightmare. Highly recommend.
