You go check in and wait for 2+ hrs and they never call you back and people come after you and be in and out. This is a complete waste of people time. They need 2 do better

Went in for assistance with my registration and the associate was very unprofessional and rude to the point I was in tears. During this pandemic and with everything else going on. You would think a person in a position to serve the people a person would have more respect for the customers or just for another human being. Rude every time.ud83dude33ud83dude44ud83dude12
I had to wait for about 15 minutes after scheduling online however it was very busy when I arrived. The process of both licensing and vehicle registration went very quickly once I was called. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and courteous and I was quite pleased overall with the service. Thank you SCDMV!
We have arrived at the DMV at 12:00 and they promised to give us a text back in like an hour for our appointment and believe it or not. We waited for hours and haven’t received a single text that our appointment is ready. It took them three hours for them to send us a text. About time! But still, I don’t recommend this place at all. Slow, unprofessional, and not to mention the staff were so rude!
