They saved our white carpet from an awful stain our sick dog left! Responded quickly and completely removed the stains while also taking care of odor and sanitizing. The two gentlemen that came to the job where respectful, professional, careful, quick and ensured satisfaction. Products are easy to sell, but employees make the difference and these guys were great.

Once again you guys have come to the rescue. I needed an emergency carpet cleaning and Allen responded back soon. Low and behold I had two guys show up at the house, ready to get the job done. I'm soo happy that these guys...Anthony & Kenny showed up. They were very professional and friendly. I like the fact that they showed up on time and were up front with the cost, for the services provided. Again, prices for services were affordable and the job was done quick and right. Yall are an awesome team and I highly recommend you all, to anyone who is in need of your services. Job well done!!!

I ask savannah how much it would cost to get 1 rug done she gave me the price and immediately wanted them to get here to get it done lol. Nice and on time everything was great clean and fresh!!! It’s definitely a 10/10 for me to get them to come out again!!

UPDATE: Three days later, and I had forgotten what our 5 years old carpet was like before the other cleanings we’d had done. After conventional cleanings, the flooring was flat and hard. I thought the high traffic areas were worn. Now, three days after Grace CD cleaned them, the pile is back and there are no worn areas. It was just matted down and flat. I’m pleased.n_____________nI’ve used other vendors that have performed to the best of their abilities to clean my carpets and did as good of a job as they could and I was relatively pleased. That’s the difference though. The other vendors can not accomplish what Grace CD can. There technology and process made our once pet stained carpet like new again. Usually after the conventional steam clean process, though much better than before, there is a musty smell for a couple of days. Immediately after Grace left the home, the air smelled clean and the carpets were stain FREE. The first thing the technician did when he arrived, was turn all the lights off and pull out a black light. There were stains that the other vendors had missed or failed to remove. Grace got it all and changed the entire feel of our home. There technicians were professional and conscientious.
