I love this Kayes. I live in Sumter and I travel to this one to do my business. I originally started there because I was following my favorite person/ employee who transferred there from the Sumter location. She has since retired, but the other ladies have not let me down. Friendly and helpful service. You can't go wrong shopping here for your jewelry needs.

I went to Kay Jewelers today to get my engagement ring cleaned. I told them my ring wasn’t purchased at a Kay’s and they said that was fine then made my ring so shiny and sparkly! As the woman was cleaning it I was telling her I’m getting married in 2 weeks and that it was the first time my ring was getting professionally cleaned. She finished cleaning my ring then I asked how much it was and she said, “Just have a great time at your wedding!” The customer service was great and they genuinely cared to see my happy. I will definitely be back.
