the mail carrier for frazier st area is terrible i never receive any of my mail, i've complained multiple times to the supervisor who does nothing to correct this behavior. He always sends my packages back to sender after i stand at the mailbox and ask do i have any mail, which is also after i've tracked the package and know it's to be delivered today. i wouldn't advise getting packages sent to your door by usps in fairfield county unless you reside in the county limits because this has been happening not only to myself but others in my neighborhood as well since he became our mail carrier.

I don't know what is going on with the Post Office in this town but whatever it is it needs to be looked into. Since I moved here over a year and a half ago there have been issues with my mail and my packages.nBefore the regular mail carrier retired he was constantly shoving boxes into my mailbox so tightly that it was very difficult to remove them. I'm sure it was it was he who broke my mailbox flag off from pushing the boxes inside.nThis guy also damaged one of my items and I contacted the Post Office about it.nNow we have a new temporary mail carrier and some of my mail is missing. I don't know if it's his fault or not but I want to know where my mail is. Not only that, this guy is constantly leaving mail in my box that doesn't belong to me and he has left packages on my front porch that weren't mine. I took the packages to the people they belonged to and I didn't have to do this but I am an honest person.nI ordered an item from Amazon and according to Amazon, this item was delivered to me. I never received it. I contacted the Post Office about this but haven't heard anything yet. Also, my voting ballot is missing.nI have informed delivery and the ballot was supposed to have arrived yesterday but it didn't.nI sent a complaint to USPS about this missing mail and the package and I hope they will investigate this and find my mail.nThis is ridiculous.nAlso, I have been trying to call the Post Office since they opened at 10 and no one answers.

I ordered a package and it had tracking. The tracking said it would be delivered the next day. Well someone brought the package and before I could even get out of bed they left. They didnt leave me a note saying they tried to deliver it and they didnt bother putting it in the cycle again to be delivered again. Turns out the supervisor was the one who attempted to deliver it and she does this very often: if she sees a dog, no matter how big or small, in the yard she doesnt even try to deliver the package. The box goes back to the post office and sits there until one of the other employees decides to try and deliver or someone comes and picks it up. She has seen my dogs before and all the delivery units know that they are peaceful and very tame so there should be no excuse. Even if they didnt know my dogs they should have at least left something in the mailbox saying it would be at the post office for pick up. Needless to say I'm not pleased AT ALL by the supervisor's actions and I feel like other measures should have been taken so I could get my package on time.
