I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.....I literally waited outside the door 10 minutes while a guy/customer was in there talking with no mask for at least 10 minutes! I know they saw me waiting patiently outside the door with clothes in my hand,, but they kept their conversation going as if I wasn't there! Why have a mask policy on the door if you don't enforce it. I don't want to put myself at risk anymore...I like this cleaners, but not enough to put my or my families health at risk! This lackadaisical mask enforcement policy will eventually put them and their customers on a terrible health situation...I'm out before it happens to me! You would think a business would go out of there way to enforce the mask order to stay open and make money! This isn't the first time and I did say something a couple of months back. There is a cleaners closer to where I work anyways...

I recently moved less than a mile away, and was hoping to use this as my regular dry cleaner. This was my first time doing business with this dry cleaners, and it will certainly be the last.nWhen I went to drop off, I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by the employee. She was helping someone at the drive thru, but wasn't interacting with that customer when I walked in and could have at least said she'd be right with me, or even a quick hello.nI brought three, brand new still in the package, mens dress shirts to be starched and pressed. She said they'd need to be cleaned. I went with her suggestion and was told it would be $2.85 for each shirt. I dropped them off Friday morning and was told they'd be ready Monday.nOn Monday I was kindly greeted by a different employee. I would have left one star on my review, but this lady was very pleasant and professional. She regretted to inform me my shirts weren't ready, and further explained there was an equipment breakdown over the weekend, so they were behind. No big deal. She also explained their same day service and said I didn't have to wait three days, I could ask for next day, as well. She was extremely helpful. I told her I'd come back the next day.nThe next day, the first lady I dealt with was working, and once again didn't acknowledge me. She was processing a payment for a customer in the drive thru, and could have easily spoken, but again didn't. When she finally acknowledged me, she looked up my order and told me they didn't have it yet and couldn't tell me when it would be ready, but it should be ready the next day. She suggested I call before coming again.nSo, this morning I called to see if my order was ready. It was, so I made my third trip to pick up my order. The total she gave me was well over the quoted price. When I questioned it, she said they go by care labels and one of the shirts had to be dry cleaned, which is more than twice the price I was quoted. At that point I just wanted my shirts and to be done with it, so I paid and left.nWhen I got home, I checked the care labels and the shirt that was dry cleaned had the garment inspector sticker still on the care label! No one read the label because if they did, they would have seen it was no different than the others. It didn't say dry clean only or wash in a different temperature. And to top it all off, the one I paid so much to be cleaned wasn't even starched as I requested.nAlso, one of the other shirts now has a loose button on one of the cuffs with threads coming out. It was a brand new Michael Kors shirt, so not a low quality shirt by any means.nNeedless to say I cannot recommend doing business here and am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

I'd rate higher except for problems with buttons coming up missing on my shirts. It's happened three times now and I'm moving on to another provider.
