I went to Dr. Wych due to my phobia of dentists. He and his staff took excellent care of me! If you are scared like me, ask about their oral sedation.

Poor Customer Service Experience with Reception. Called this past Monday/Tuesday to schedule a new patient appointment, the receptionist told me her earliest appointment was Thursday at 7am, she said she knew it was early and asked if it would work. I agreed and scheduled. I confirmed again at the end of the call my appointment and she said again Thursday at 7am. So now it is Thursday and I arrive at the dentist office to find out my appointment was actually scheduled for Aug 20th at 7am. Mind you I live in Cayce, SC and the dentist office is a half hour from my house. The receptionist (not sure if the same one who booked my appointment) did not seem to be very apologetic or didn’t even attempt to remediate the situation. All I got was “sorry” and I can call you if an earlier appointment comes available. For me personally actions speak louder than words and a simple, not very caring I’m sorry just does not cut it for me. Very disappointing, especially since I heard quite a few great things about the dentist. This was a very bad first impression and due to this I will be cancelling my appointment very soon.

I went to get my tooth extraction and I was treated so good there the staff was very nice and helpful the nurse Courtney was very nice and very helpful explaining to me my options and Dr wych was excellent and gentle I was pain free and came out happy I will definitely recommend them and i will be using them as my regular dentist

Needed a lot of dental work done to restore my smile. I'm also quite anxious about dental work. From the moment of my first appointment, I knew I picked the right place. One week out from that first appt, I am already on my way to a perfect smile. Had a lot of work done under sedation and came out of it with no pain or issues. Amazing! Dr. Wych is gentle and honestly cares about his work and wants perfection. The entire staff is great, makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The office is clean and Dr Wych uses the latest technology. I also appreciate that he has very large solar panels in the back lot. I am looking forward to my next appointment (who says that for a dentist?!).
