Delta Pharmacy on Isle of Palms is a great family pharmacy with fast service and friendly staff! Over the counter items cheaper than other places I have been to! Also, if they don't a product in stock, they can order it for you and it will be in the very next day! Everyone that works there is very helpful with any questions I have! Excellent Pharmacy!!

Can't believe we finally have such a great pharmacy right here on the island. They also have the lowest price guaranteed so I don't have to leave to get the lowest price. Wow! They are in a great location too across form the Harris Teeter and next to Simmons Seafood.

Always a pleasure to visit. Staff is efficient, professional, service oriented, & friendly. They go to bat for me to find the best price or pharmaceutical coupon. I also shop the over the counter products as the are less expensive than even Walmart. I will continue to support my local pharmacy. Five stars!
