The rudest customer service ever! The red-headed lady is terrible. First off, we walked out of the door and opened the kite and realized it was broke. We walked back in to exchange it for a better, more expensive one. She would get more money off of us! But she wouldn't give a refund for the one that was broke out of package. She was extremely rude about it.nnAlso, she has signs up saying what her what her parrot will say back. But she gets angry if men talk to it. She says the parrot does not like men and for us not to talk to it.nnThe only thing good about this store is the parrot, which she doesn't want you to be around.nn100% do not recommendnThere are plenty of stores around that are way better. This stuff is cheap. The other stores have better customer service and better items!

The female red head is the rudest person i’ve ever met . Worst customer service. PS. don’t have your parrot on display if you don’t want anyone to talk to it.

Always love shopping here. I live in the area and love to browse through and always I always end up buying something. Great store! Not overpriced and an abundant of gift ideas.

Don’t miss this gem of a gift and souvenir shop with Bubba the parrot! Shirts, sweatshirts and other items as well as a big-hearted proprietor.
