This was the best CNA training experience that I could’ve asked for! Cindy was a great instructor and teacher. She provided amazing training and explained the skills in detail. I would definitely recommend First Step Health Care Training to anyone!!!

I was new to the community and was looking for somewhere to get my CNA/HHA. I found First Step Healthcare Training. Mrs. Cindy is the absolute best. She will make sure you understand everything she teaches and more! She is by far the sweetest person I know and the best teacher by far. There’s always a plus; she has the cutest dogs!!!!!!! This is definitely the place to go get your certification!!!!!

Awesome teacher, will make sure you have all the information and materials you need for the test . Very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend for Training. Besides she's very funny, outgoing and laid back
