Austin the pharmacist is very rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I don’t have that problem at Walgreens. I will never shop at CVS again! All of my family’s prescriptions have been transferred to Walgreens where they were more than happy to help me!

Very nice people helping at the pharmacy. But it was a little understaffed. But the employee worked very hard to help get me the info I needed quickly.

I used to love this pharmacy! Now not so much, as I sit here and wait for my RX in the drive thru lane now going on 15 mins and all I can get is I’m sorry I’ll be with you shortly. The only interaction I’ve had with anyone is to say they are sorry and that there are only 2 people working. Sounds like y’all need to hire more people. This has been an issue for a while. If they aren’t doing customer service slow they are being very rude to other customers. It seems as though I have been forgotten about. Guess I’ll go in since they can’t be bothered to come take care of people in the drive thru. Maybe I’m just hurting from my major ear infection but I am very upset. Should not have to wait this long for someone to even come to the window and acknowledge me. To make matters worse I have come in side and now they are answering the dam window!!!! ud83dude21ud83dude2b
