They just ripped me off. Charged me almost $200 for tags when I did not even live here. Plus they are only good for 90 days. Be careful.

Everyone was pleasant, but the process of getting an ID is slow. There are about a half dozen people working in the office and can process tags and titles quickly but IDs can only be done by one person. Each one takes at least 10 minutes to do because of the poor setup. Unfortunately we had to come to this location because our local agency in Atoka is still on the old system and the Tishomingo agency is closed because someone there has to quarantine. Be mindful there is no information anywhere online or when you call about the office closure in Tish. There is a hand written note on the door.

If you need a license or Id their system is very slow and crashes often, I signed up in morning, got a call back 3 hours later waited another 1and half made it to the one lady doing licenses, computer went down for another 2 hours.nThe lady seems to be the slowest computer operator ever.nUse another tag agency if it all possible.

They stay busy because EVERYBODY needs title work or renewals of some kind. They try their hardest to get you the help you need.
