Zero communication. This company should pay me for working for them at this point for how often i have to call 4 different departments to update them because communication is not going to happen if you bring your services here. The pharmacy is an actual joke. I’d rather pay more than have to deal with these people. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

This place is a joke I usually go to the Konawa clinic witch is amazing but. Due to weather I was told to come to ada to see doctor Baggit but that part went fine the pharmacy on the other hand is a JOKE the lady is rude the line was a mile long they made us drive around 3 time we waited over a hour in line for onenPrescription come on people due your dam job or find a new one that your able to due correctly

I seen lots of quick service reviews, but we have been sitting here for 3 and half hours and act like I don't have a job to get to, and there gossip was more important than finding records they already have.... very slow and terrible record keeping definitely finding a new dr. This place was one of worst I ever been too. I definitely recommend finding yourself a better office to visit. I gave one star because there wasn't a option for zero stars.

I was incorrectly diagnosed, leading to years of taki g the wrong medicines. It did have it consequences, but thats not why I am here. I like the staff here, but they do not seem very organized, probably the main offices fault. I missed an appointment i didnt even know i had and was removed from their care.

I see Dr. Cubit regularly and she is amazing. I feel like she really cares about me and wants me to be healthy. The nurses and staff here are very nice, helpful people. Equipment is clean and modern, rooms are comfortable, wait times are short. Overall very pleased.
