The staff of the Ada Urgent Care were thorough about my care and treatment. They assessed my current physical condition, took not of all my underlying medical conditions and determined the best possible medication or injection treatment. I had a very bad tooth infection and also a bad sinus infection. I could not get in to my Doc, or Dentist. I decide to got Urgent care. The front desk person was very helpful, and the nurse was very sweet. The Clinician came in and actually took time to listen, showed compassion and got me back feeling better by the next day. It is good to know we have a place to get great medical care, when nothing else is available. I might add, this was my second visit there. They stitched up my finger once. No wait time, staff was all very friendly and helpful. Dr was super informative, caring and compassionate. Left with lots of information. Nurse did a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was doing ok, I thought that was very nice and sweet!

Great care and attention. The entire staff is wonderful. Robin is awesome! Bailey, Connie and Lori all took great care of me as well. I have been going here for years for urgent needs and Robin is the best hands down!
