This was the first rodeo I've been to in many years. It was a fun experience for me and my wife and our children. The arena was clean and well taken care of. There were concession stands with good food and clean restrooms and there were several food trucks also at the arena to choose food from. There were several different events last over the almost week of rodeos in the arena. We only went to one night, Friday night, as kids were free. It was an overall nice nice night at the rodeo in the Will Rogers rodeo arena in Vinita Oklahoma.
Wish those who compete were larger but understand more prestige and ratings go on out west. Maybe it make event ne more of an attraction the dates might coincide with other area rodeos. Give cowboys more incentive to be in Vinita. Just a thought. Sorry to here of argene clanton's passing. ...
