The building is bright and clean. The staffs are kind and helpful.nThere were smells from people in the library as if they haven't bathed for a long time, but I am not sure how much the staffs at the library can do about it.
City goverent offices seem opulent
When I walked in the first floor where the library is, I was hit with the smell of human waste saw three people laying on the ground. One with feces running out of his pants.nnThat is not acceptable for any city hall in this country.
Love this library. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Comfortable with many tables and chairs
