Compliance seems to be an issue with this office. Avoidance they have mastered, office personnel are completely complacent and have zero desire to show any patient care. Constantly catching them in lies when asked to complete a simple task our insurance company asked us to do since Bowmans office manager and insurance compliance manager refused. When the phone was handed off to them with the insurance company on the line things seemed to get better ... only to be faced with the office staff saying “It’ll take several days to get what you need. We will contact you when we are ready.”

The staff is amazing. The wait for the procedure was a longer than expected with having an appointment but it was okay. I am just amazed at how not only the nurse called to check on my daughter the same day but the actual doctor called personally the following day, on a Saturday, to check on her and gave us his cell number if any problems arose. Definitely recommend!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Dr. Bowman is great the RN’S and the Receptionist are wonderful. The insurance lady Sheresa is horrible, unprofessional, did not want to do her job. I had to do all the work to get my insurance filed. They office decide to no longer do Botox for migraines and not let me know so when I needed them I had to find a new provider, during the process of finding a new provider I needed forms faxed for my insurance for medical necessity when I asked her to fax these forms she basically told me I did not know what I was talking about, I put her on the phone with my insurance company who told her the exact same thing that I told her. Sheresa proceeded to tell me she didn’t understand what medical necessity form I needed faxed (there is only one medical necessity form for blue cross blue shield) I waited an hour to get my medical necessity form faxed back to my insurance company because she had to make sure that it was okay with the physician to send them to the insurance company (makes me wonder what they are doing that it has to be okayed to send to the insurance company). She is so incredibly lazy and does not help, she does nothing to help customers. In fact this is not the first encounter with this problem, it is very unfortunate that she is so unprofessional that people in this area would prefer to drive hours away for service then go to this facility. I would recommend going anywhere but here if you are going to have to file an insurance claim.

My experience with Dr. Bowman and staff was great. They were very helpful and answered all my questions and even went above and beyond by calling the next day to check on me and make sure I was feeling better.

I had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth extracted on friday at 12:15. I got a call Thursday saying to be there by 10:30am and I asked why I should be there an hour and a half early, and she said they moved my surgery up to 11...without even checking with me... Come friday, we drive an hour and a half from Woodward, and we get into Enid around 10:10am. AT THIS TIME, they had called my workplace (an hour and a half away, as if I would still be there!?) to cancel my appointment because their power went out and they would reschedule my appointment when the power was back on. It's now Tuesday, and I haven't heard anything back from them. I do not recommend this place if you live out of Enid.
