Nice local tag agency. The office has been remodeled and is very nice. Only allows 10 customers inside at a time.

The girl with pink hair (I didn’t catch her name) is literally the most patient and helpful person ever. She is incredibly professional and has wonderful customer service skills. The staff is really quick here, and they’ve streamlined their processes well. Thank you guys for great service.

We have used this tag agency three times and it has been painless all three times. The people are friendly and helpful and you can tell they are oriented towards you accomplishing what you went there to do instead of finding reasons that you need to come back another time, etc. that has been so common in many states we have lived in. This last time we used Moore Tag Agency we drove down from NW OKC because we knew it would be a pain-free process and it was. We're heading back down there again soon to for a recent car purchase and hopefully nothing has changed. ;-)

Worst tag agency in moore horrible staff, they don’t care how they talk to you, they always try to pop off, their rude every time I come in here there’s a problem they always try to blame everything on you they even try to blame my insurance for not knowing how to do their job when all reality it was them not knowing how to work their own system. They try to rush you,they will make you feel stupid to simple questions it’s just a complete waste of time, Moore needs to come up with a better tag agency because this is not it at all!!!

Employees are very patient and thorough..had some computer issues today..but it all worked out.
