I have been on hold for almost thirty minutes now. I'm still on the phone and I haven't spoken to a person yet! I was told I had an appointment over the phone today but no one is picking up. I've been redirected 4 times to the beginning message and I still haven't spoken to anyone. How am I supposed to have an appointment for my baby with Wic if they don't answer the phone!!

Rudely told me I need to contact the mayor and Covid is not a health concern and then hung up on me.
