I am NOT impressed at all . You would think a company who has taken over our school and our childrens memories would be more helpful and care more about the students they serve. StartersnThey continue to send out emails to our Sr class telling them to look for their sr package in the mail . And has NEVER sent it! However when my 10th grader received a class ring catalogue and Mr Joshua Alltizer was so kind to email me the same day to tell me I need to order my sons sr package my the 30th or the price will not only jump up but im not guaranteed to get some of the items I want . I emailed him back letting him know we never got our package in the mail and my son has been looking for it daily. His response to me was I just need to go online and order it . Nothing he can do he is doing his best. So Mr Joshua Alltizer feels doing his best is the following. Not sending sr packages out. And when asked about them instead of getting the address and sending out as promised he tells the families to go online even after they clearly explain this was something that seams important to their child. It may not be a big deal and it may be easier to go on line but with everything else taking from them, do you really think its that difficult to send out the stupid pieces of paper you are telling them to look for ? ThisnSr class has already had and will continue to have so much taken from them. No fun Sr class trip, get together, proms or a normal Graduation at the very least let's make the few things we can do memorable people!nTo get back to the complete disregard this place has for any of their clients my son had 2 very rushed headshots taken of him one with him slouching the other, one of his eyes are closing. They need me to hurry and pick which photo I want ! Which of these amazing photos I would like to spend 100s of dollars to send all of my family to make my son embarrassed. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND NOT WORTH YHE MONEY. Get everything you possibly can from any other place but here !
