Needed a termite inspection quickly for a refi on our home. Called them at 5 o’clock on a Thursday and they were here the next day earlier than the time that they quoted me and they were able to give me my report before close of business so I could submit the paperwork to the bank. I really appreciate their expertise or timeliness and friendliness.
Jake is the best pest control tech I have had at my property, he is very helpful with me and my tenants explaining how treatment works etc. and is always kind and gets the property taken care of.
I don't have enough good things to say about the service I have received from this team! I have been with them almost 2 years now and I have never had a complaint. I would absolutely recommend these folks to anyone looking for pest control, super nice people excellent service! I had a technician at my house Thursday, today is Saturday I haven’t seen ONE ant since and I’ve been looking for them!! I had several of a couple different kinds of them all around outside and making their way into and my house, when I spoke to Jacob to get rid of this nuisance he got Robert a very friendly tech scheduled to come out the next day! He was very good about telling us what he was doing and how it worked, I could not be happier with the decision to go with Massey services!!
