This place is great, people a little abrupt, but that works well for me as most everyone thinks I'm abrupt. Better price on pellets than the big stores and so much easier to get the order in and the pellets loaded in truck. Have dealt with The Hearth on and off for a few years and they have always been willing to work with me any way that was needed. Great place. Oh yea they also have beautiful wood and pellet stoves plus anything else you might need for winter heat.
Don’t bother calling this place. If you want them to help you drive to the location. DON’T CALL ITS A WASTE OF TIME & POINTLESS! If you go plz ask for David he has a great attitude and is very helpful but other than him I don’t see how they are still in business
Bought pellet stove insert couple years ago. Has quit coming on or dropping pellers. Have tried to get a service call for over a month. Called week or so again talked to mike he said would sed if someone could come by last tuesday. Tried to call him last week. Left 2 voicemails left number with lady answered phone called back again and was told mike had already left for the day. They have no interest in helping customer this is our main heat source and they are uncaring and have tertuble customer service
Not sure what to think. Alot of people recommended them. I've called a few times, was told they had to order what I needed. I went by during normal hrs and the door was locked and no one answering the phone. Maybe an emergency or something. Went to Lowes after. I try to give locals business, but seems the places everyone says not to buy from(Lowes/HomeDepot, etc) has what I need and is the same quality at lower price.
Great place. Working with Mike was great. The lady at the front desk is hateful and rude and lacks basic customer service skills. She does this place a disservice being there in my opinion. I would not do business with them again because of her.
