I purchased a 2006 Ford mustang on September 18th 2020 this is my 17-year-old daughter's first car I paid $4150 with fees cash.I have now waited approximately 25 days to receive my title which I was told would be here in 14 days they have 5 days to give me my title and be within the legal standpoint of the law today I attempted to call with no prevail I went to the store and spoke with Justin the same gentleman who sold me the mustang and told me that it was a trade in as of today he has no idea where the title is tells me that it should be coming to him because he did not yet have the title for a vehicle he sold to me and all reality that means that they sold me a vehicle that they had no legal right to sell because it was not yet theirs I am now 5 days to my 30-day point I will start incurring fees not only from the department of motor vehicles but if I drive my vehicle it will be impounded I will receive a fine for failure to register my vehicle within 30 days Justin suggestion was to simply return the 2006 Ford mustang to him because the market values higher now and he could sell it for more I won't be returning the vehicle I will be making his life a living hell just like he is done for the several other people I have read through Google reviews in other places I am not the first that he has denied the title to nor will I be the last you can tell this is a song and dance routine as he is talking to you unfortunately I did not read the Google reviews before I purchased a vehicle through them I now have an amazing vehicle but no way to register said vehicle in my name.nUpdate: 11/12/2020 Contacted HIS motors again regarding title, was told still no title. The car was purchased on 09/18/2020 paid in full...nIf missing your title after 30 days you can file a complaint with the Dealer Licensing Commission in Oklahoma. You may request a form by contacting via phone.nUPDATE... FINALLY RECEIVED THE TITLE LAST WEEK!!!

A late review, been 2 years since I've had my car, a 2010 nissan, and I always meant to put a review of my experience. The car is fine, no issues run into. But the trouble I went through to finally get the title so I could register the car was ridiculous. I was lied to consistently by their dealer, Justin, on it being in the mail before finally I confirmed he sent the title to the wrong address. Then finally when I got my title many months later I was fined for not registering the car. Throughout this arduous process any other dealer I spoke to told me they would call back after inquiring what's going on or speak to Justin and tell him to call back. I never received a call back. So in short solid car, awful service. Do not trust their words or promises if you do decide to buy from them. Get things in writing and don't trust their timelines, pester them constantly. My big regret is trusting them and not kicking up a fuss the first second things didn't go smoothly. It was a learning experience at least.

They erased the check engine light off the dash to hide previous issues with the car I bought that needed a catalytic converter and has numerous issues they said it worked mechanically as it should and it doesn't at all the staff there are dishonest people don't do business here the car also leaks gas 1000s of dollars of work needed their mother should be punished for birthing scum now it's possible that the engine barring maybe badso I'm going to spend more on repairs than I did on the actual vehicle itself I hope theowner of this company goes to prison and gets frequent cell visits from a big guy named bubba
