This location has some great items. If you're over 55, go on a Tuesday for the best deals. They have really upped their game with the pandemic; I was greeted at the front, offered a sanitized cart, helped in the aisles since I am partially disabled. Only 4 stars because it's worth noting Value Village is NOT a non-profit. They work with non-profits, but the thrift store is a for-profit business.
This value village had a lot of cool items but the stuff was a little over price for my taste. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Maybe I'll go back when I have more time.
Much to my surprise the place was packed..I just went looking for books..bought a bible.. not sure what it means that it was packed..either plenty of people are suffering through this time or just bargain shoppers.. it was pretty clean too. Enjoy
I picked up a picture frame clearly marked $2.99 and was charged a different price at the register. I was told that some other shopper put the price tag on there to get the picture frame at a cheaper price. I had no idea what had happened why was I charged more for another shoppers attempt to defraud Value Village. I asked the manager why is this happening and was told it's an everyday thing that happens here and was not given the picture frame at the price that was on the item. Sad that there's no better way to insure that each item will sell for the price stated on the item. I will be more careful when shopping at Value Village from now on. Just a word to the wise if it seems to be a real good bargain at Value Village chances are it's not someone has changed the sticker on the item and it's not going to be a real good deal.
Found just what I was looking for and the price was rightnThere's a wide variety of just about everything there so chances are you won't be disappointed. Wheelchair accessible, unisex bathroom, clothes, furniture, shoes, jewelry, books, coats, boots, pj's. All sizes, petites to XXL.
