IRS rejected my taxes and when I asked her why she said my husband had claimed me and there was nothing they could do. That was not accurate at all she just assumed my husband had claimed me and my son. There was an error with my taxes which required me to file a 1040X. They told me they would file an extension for me but they failed to do that and now I will have to pay a penalty plus pay someone to do the 1040X for me as Jackson Hewitt will not do it u less they charge me more money even though it is there mistake and negligence making assumptions.
