Guys you're automated system scheduled me for an 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday and when I got there the sign on the door says you don't even open till 9:00 am. If somebody could reach out I would appreciate it. 1/30/2021 I normally like to sleep in on Saturdays....nnEdit* 2/10/21nnBeen waiting 45min today on an appointment that was set days ago. Have come to this building 3 times since 1/30nnI still don't know any details about what I owe or anything other than the H&R block fee is $100nnYou guys have inspired me to do my own taxes this year. *Warning to all* Your time and money are better spent elsewhere. This started as a 3 star review and has been changed to 1 star. I will miss a meeting today because appointments mean squat here.

My taxes have been rejected twice because the tax expert, mary was too busy talking and trying to Google restaurants and in everyone's business to be focused on our taxes. We told her we were on a time crunch to pick up my son and she took literally every call and was not focused on her job. This has never happened before with H&R Block but we we were forced to use this location instead of our usual. Never again. It was my kids socials messed up both times. Focus Mary, focus!
