Tess in Moore, OK has been wonderful. I go back to H&R Block because of her. She is sweet and patient with me. She also has been so helpful during COVID, letting me drop off my paperwork and pick them up later. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. I have to bring my kids in with me during my time with her and Tess always remembers my kids. She speaks to them each time and asks about them. My kids love Tess and enjoy waiting for me. She goes above and beyond to give us individual care. It's not just a service provided with Tess, she gives that genuine touch.

Twice have I called and the lady that answers have no idea what she's talking about. I was basically told that there was no way possible for my husband to file taxes. Mind you we are trying to report his income to pay taxes towards it and was told they couldn't do it. Called another HR block on Western and a nice lady answered and helped us with the information needed to get this done.
