I’ve been with matt Mann for years. I used to have an accountant who was supposedly an accountant (The staff even said she was an accountant). I always was getting late fees with IRS because of the supposedly accountant. I went to Matt Mann and he told me that they weren’t even an accountant. Matt Mann has provided excellent services and I haven’t had any issues with the IRS. If I ever need anything he is quick to get back. Staff is really professional and friendly. Pricing is great. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Got my taxes all jumbled up for the past two years so I went to see Matt the tax Mann and he not only fixed my taxes but showed me how I could actually make them benefit myself in the long run for the better! He and the team definitely took all the stress I had off my shoulders even with a lot of pressure from me and the economy at their door. I would highly recommended them for any tax purposes and will be back next year knowing my financial life is in the right hands. Thanks again guys

Their guarantee –n“Are you frustrated with your current firm’s availability and not returning your communication for days, weeks, or, shall I say…at all? We implement a 5-star customer satisfaction policy, which means you will receive return phone calls, emails, texts, or whatever means of communication you choose within 5 business hours. “nnThe reality –nDropped off tax info, no communication for over 50 days. I called and asked for a return phone call. Nothing. Called in again 3 days later asked for a return phone call. Nothing. Left a Facebook and google review. Was asked to remove it and promised a phone call. After 50 days of them having my taxes and 5 business days of waiting for a return phone call, I received a callnnIf you’re looking for punctual return phone calls and/or great personal service, I’d look elsewhere. It took multiple phone calls and a negative review to receive a phone call. They are quick to blame Covid19, but had my tax info well before the Pandemic required any changes to how businesses are run.nThere are way too many tax preparers out there to have to deal with this level of service.

Greatest CPA ever!!! Matt Mann will save you money! He knows the tax law extremely well and always pushes you to remember deductions that you might otherwise forget. Cannot say enough great things about Matt and his assistants. The best!
