Terrible !!! Was told my stimulus would go to my serve card and now all anyone wants to tell me is go to the Get My payment tool . Well ll that's not working I entered all info right straight from my tax return it say info not found . Your help is worthless they need to just have serve sent records to the irs. This is not customers fault it your for being lazy and not taking action

Worst experience ever. We file with you all every year and this year we got a call for us to come in today for the express advance and we have literally been sitting here for going on 3 HOURS WAITING. ONE person was just getting started when we showed up at 1045. Maybe next year we will go with someone a little faster. I mean she's giggling and carrying on and we're sitting here waiting. So disappointed with you all this year.
