Pearce Pump & Plumbing

We needed our leaky water heater replaced ASAP. We were told by other plumbing companies the wait was several weeks for service. Pearce Pump and Plumbing inc serviced us the very next day. They sent out a team of 2 Chris and Chris.They were quick and efficient and clean, even took our old heater with them. The Best words I heard that day “your job is complete, you will have HOT water within and 1 Hour” very excited to have hot shower!!! Thanks guys We have really enjoyed our Hot waterud83dude0a Best of all they are small local mom & pop business, we were able to support our local economy, matter of importance to our family!

Our household has been dealing with hot water issues for about 3 weeks. We have a Rinnai tankless water heater. Long story short, I had a certified plumbing company referred by Rinnai working on it for the 3 weeks and all was done was change out parts, (expensive). I got up with Pearce Plumbing because we thought we had an issue at the well pump with pressure. Walley came out the next day and discovered our water pressure wasn’t the issue and that the unit was mixing hot and cold water somehow. He stayed with it for most of the day. Him and his staff got in the phone with Rinnai and had the issue resolved by the end of business day. They were very down to earth and professional. Will be the only plumber to step foot back on this property or any other I own. Again, we’re very thankful that God sent you our way and may he continue to bless you and your business for many years to come!!!!!

I would give no stars if I could. They installed a brand new well pump 3.3 years ago to replace one that was 21 years old. I was so happy with the service back then. Fast forward to yesterday when I called and because my water pressure was acting up, strong at times and literally shutting off at others. I called them back since they were the ones that installed the new equipment. I had to leave a message and then Lisa called me back. I explained what was happening, she told me she was walking into a store and would call me back ( not sure why she even called back at that time) and that is was probably a tank pressure issue.nI waited 7 hours for a call back to get on the schedule to no avail. I called Lisa back and she had no recollection of our conversation so I explained everything yet again, at which point she pointed out that it would continue to do this until it completely stopped. REALLY!!! That is why I am calling!!!!nShe again said she would see when they could get out to my home and get back to me. That NEVER happened. I called back this morning to CANCEL as I was able to get service from another company immediately. And they explained that it sounded like a possible issue with the pressure tank under the house and not the well pump. Which is good news!!nnAnyway, if you are looking for a company to at least give you the courtesy of a call back....DO NOT USE PEARCE!! Thanks for nothing Lisa!!!
